In fact, such dogs were not bred in France at all, but in England, and only from there were they transported to the homeland of the Eiffel Tower and various boutiques. It was here that they became popular among the city's prestigious circles.

At one time, only the elite could afford such pets. However, today almost everyone who can afford to care for them can enjoy the company of these cute babies.
Bulldogs are also famous for the fact that the color scheme of their coat can vary from pale red-yellow or fawn to red brindle with a white tint. Ida chose a blue-gray color. Despite its popularity among non-professionals, the color of this breed is considered a defect.
Typical for purebred “Frenchies” are solid fawn, brindle and spotted colors.
